HISTORY OF COMPANY ESTABLISHMENT

Closed joint stock company «DiArKlass» was established in November 2005 as an engineering company specializing on development of process design solutions for food industry enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.

In 2006 company got a license for development of the key disciplines of project and company started to present itself as an engineering organization in the food products processing (meat, dairy, poultry plants and also processing of other agriproducts).

During the period from 2006 through 2017 about 160 engineering contracts were concluded, 115 positive findings has been obtained, more than 100 construction objects were supervised.

In the field of waste water treatment projects for 70 facilities were successfully completed. 8 full equipment complexes were procured in the Republic of Belarus to the built local waste water treatment facilities, which in terms of the last 10 years forms 20% of all new waste water facilities. Another 20% were build in accordance with design documentation developed by ZAO “DiArKlass”.

For the time passed the company accumulated a huge experience in scope of waste water treatment process development, engineering, equipment procurement, supervision and commissioning. Close cooperation was established with equipment suppliers and design institutes which in complicated cases helps to resolve all problems of our Customers.

At the present company can confidently act as a consultant and contractor for large-scale design institutes, developing for its Customers of the key discipline - process design solutions.

PRIMARY ACTIVITY DIRECTIONS. DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF WATER TREATMENT FACILITIES FOR FOOD INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

Company ZAO “DiArKlass” is being profile engineering company in industrial and municipal waste water treatment.	We specialize on development of pre-design documentation and also design documentation for enterprises in various industries, especially – in food plants. Our portfolio contains tens of implemented project solutions for food industry enterprises.
Company disposes of necessary personnel and licenses for implementation of the following engineering disciplines: Process engineering and process design solutions; Designing of water supply system, water pipelines and sewerage; Engineering of external water supply and sewerage networks; Complex automation.	We also perform development of pre-design documentation in part of: Feasibility studies; Technical and economical solutions; Main process design solutions.

THE MOST SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS IMPLEMENTED IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS:

SP «Santa Bremor», c. Brest. Water treatment system 2200 m³/day. (two lines each of 1100 m³/day);
OAO «Bereza cheese plant», c. Bereza. Local waste water treatment plant with capacity of 2400 m³/day, geological-engineering and engineering-geodesic researches, construction project;
ОАО «Paper factory «Spartak», c. Shklov. Technical re-equipment and reconstruction of the local waste water treatment facility of industrial waste water (flotation of the fine fabric 8400 m³/day);
Poultry plant «Nazbanka» in Klenovichi – water treatment system 1000 m³/day;

ОАО «Gomel fat-processing plant», c. Gomel. Rendering of services on development of the terms of reference: «Installation of the return water supply in the margarine department on the present basin with return water treatment system»;

PERFORMED WORKS ON DESIGNING

Our specialists implemented more than 160 projects of different complexity. Among them 68 projects of local waste water treatment installations and reconstruction of municipal water treatment facilities. If necessary projects would pass the state inspection. Some of the projects were performed outside the Republic of Belarus; such as:

Development of pre-investment feasibility studies for water treatment installations in 10 cities of Kazakhstan, according to investment program «Akbulak»;
Adaptation of basic engineering for waste water treatment facility ZAO «Sibur-Khimprom», c. Perm;
Project implementation «Deferrization station», c. Bobruisk, cooperatively with company Posch & Partners Consulting Engineers (Austria) financed by EBRD;

Adaptation of basic and detailed engineering for Nijhuis Water Technology B.V., Lentek;
Feasibility study for modernization of the waste water recycling management system in c. Polotsk.
